Chef Filadi has 35 years of cooking experience from fabulous restaurants all around the world. He brings to LUNA the culmination of all the experiences. His years owning The Mango Tree Restaurant in Cocoa Beach gave him a love of the area and the people. Using only the freshest ingredients and quality products from around the world, he will tantalize your palate!
