The menu includes starters such as Lobster Bisque prepared with tender langostines in a creamy coconut milk bisque with port reduction, Carpaccio prepared with Beef filet, seared and finely sliced, arugula, parmesan cheese, truffle oil and capers and Tender fried calamari with remoulade. Chef Luca Filadi offers some of his signature dishes that includes a Short Rib Risotto prepared with a10 oz tender beef slow roasted with marrow, Barolo and truffle scent in saffron risotto and Pappardelle with Scampi specially prepared with Shrimp, candied tomato, lemon, Chardonnay and tarragon with fres in-house pasta Chef Luca Filadi continually create new and exciting plates with only the flavor he can provide.
